Mattress & Tyre Muster

The Mattress & Tyre Muster is back for 2023, on Saturday, April 29! This is an opportunity for Upper Hunter Shire households to dispose of two mattresses and four tyres (up to and including light truck sizes) for no charge. Any additional items will be charged at their standard, advertised rate. Tyres and mattresses can be dropped off during normal opening hours at: Aberdeen, Cassilis, Merriwa, Murrurundi and Scone waste facilities. Please note this initiative is for domestic customers only, not for commercial customers, whom are residents of the Upper Hunter Shire. Proof of residency will be required to take advantage of this free drop-off event.
