Heritage Guidelines

Upper Hunter Shire Heritage Guidelines will assist you with understanding why heritage is important and what it is all about. If you own a heritage item and are contemplating repairs, renovations, or other works on the same lot and would like to discuss heritage matters, please contact Council's Environmental & Customer Services Department to make an appointment to see the heritage advisor.

Council's heritage advisor visits Council's administration office in Scone two days a month. To make an appointment with the heritage advisor call Council on 6540 1100.

Duty Officer appointments available

Duty planners are available between 9.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. Duty building surveyors are available between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday by appointment.
