Upper Hunter Shire Council is seeking Tenders to be listed on the Preferred Suppliers List for the Provision of Commercial Cleaning Services. Tender Number T052627HUN. The tender closes at 10:00am on 11 March 2026.
PURPOSE: Provision of Commercial Cleaning to Upper Hunter Shire Council for a period of 36 months from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029 with a provision for two (2) 12 month options. This contract includes cleaning of various Council sites in Aberdeen, and Scone, as well as provisional sums for cleaning of various Council sites in Murrurundi. PARTICIPATING COUNCILS: This process is being facilitated on behalf of Upper Hunter Shire Council. INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Tenderlink Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on 11 March 2026. DOCUMENTS: Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via Tenderlink, until the submission close date for a non-refundable fee of $50 including GST: Tenderlink Portal A Mandatory Pre-Tender Meeting will be held on 04 March 2026, starting at 10:00am at the Aberdeen Library. Tenderers must complete the registration form included as part of the ‘Returnables’ and submit it to annab@regpro.com.au to register. Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
