An A4 or A3 sized site plan MUST be submitted with the application, showing the desired water meter location (0.5m from the front and side boundary unless otherwise approved). Fees must be paid for this application to be successful.
Council staff will be in contact following the submission of this form with a free quote. Quote may be obtained prior to submission by phone or at Councils offices.
