A Community Strategic Plan is required to be prepared and adopted by each Council in NSW in accordance with the Local Government Act 1993.
The requirement is a 10 plus year Community Strategic Plan, linked by resourcing strategies to outcomes through Council's Delivery Program and Operational Plan.
