Upper Hunter Shire Council gives notice that, at its meeting of 15 December 2025, Council resolved to approve the public exhibition of a proposed lease of community land in accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Upper Hunter Shire Council gives public notice of its proposal to grant a lease over community land for a period exceeding five (5) years.
