Upper Hunter Shire Council is inviting nominations from community members interested in joining an Australia Day Sub-Committee for Aberdeen / Scone or Murrurundi.
Following the establishment of Community Advisory Committees (CACs) for each district, Australia Day Sub-Committees were formed to support the planning and delivery of local Australia Day events and to provide recommendations to the relevant CAC.
Purpose and Objectives
- Oversee the planning and provision of Australia Day activities.
- Consider and provide recommendations to the Community Advisory Committees on matters regarding Australia Day.
Application Period: from 12 May 2025 to 13 June 2025.
