Dementia Australia

Our dementia support and education services are available throughout the Hunter coordinated out of the Hunter Dementia and Memory Resource Centre.  Our services are available to people with dementia, families, carers, health and community service providers and community members.  Our services include dementia support, early intervention, counsellor, carer support, education, information, resources and a library.
